Awesome weekend staycation. All thanks to Zebahasanji and team for making our stay a memorable one. Very good rooms , neat and clean. Hotel staff service is immediate and prompt. Restaurant service was great. Food is delicious at the hotel restaurant. All thanks to Tezab Shah and Team. Swimming Pool area, Gymnasium room, Bar counters at reception and poolside are all well maintained. All this makes you feel that you are at right place in Goa. Being an Accor Plus Gold member I never regret of it coz whenever I stay in Goa in this hotel I feel privileged. Once again thanks to Zebahasanji for all her efforts to make my stay a memorable one. The room was not clean and bathroom feels like very old. Multiple power issues was making our 1 year child unable to sleep. Kids playing area is not properly maintained and you will see hard surfaces everywhere. My kid got injured by falling from slide and due to hard surface there was bleeding in mouth. I didn’t feel like it was up to mark and we didn’t get the services as per the amount we paid.
