Always happy to stay here as we have a number of times.Disappointed to find we could not have a light breakfast on the morning of 31/11/25 in dining room .Age and health prevents having a big breakfast.Vanessa a wonderful employee - so helpful & friendly - a credit to the motel.

I completely understand that having lighter options available is important, especially when a big breakfast isn't suitable. Staff fantastic, rooms are a bit old. Especially the bathrooms

Very handy to Newcastle City just 7 odd kilometres from city centre. Staff friendly and services excellent. Only drawback is the size of the dining room so need to book early for a table. However food was excellent.

Would have been a ten if we didn't have tv issues

Room smelt - mentioned it to the front desk and they did nothing (opened the door and windows to get some fresh air in until it got really dark). Had to ask the room service person for some musk spray. Also wasn't a fan of the bed/bed sheets - lucky I was exhausted

Every guest should feel comfortable in their room from the moment they arrive, and our sincerest apologies we did not achieve that on this occasion.
