This is where we always stay in Brisbane- the location is perfect, close to QPAC and in the city near all the transport. Always comfortable beds, modern, always very clean. Views fantastic too, better than most higher priced hotels.

I understand it is a budget Accor brand but if these are Accor's budget standards then its really quite sad. General manager who wont share your name, please get your game up, or I hope Accor replaces you and puts you in a mantra building or something. All the best

The ironing board didn't work: kept collapsing. The wifi was very very slow The shower was very basic - hand-held - and the water stopped flowing if held above head height
