I would put chocolate in the fridge which you charge for, and big towels

Regarding your suggestion to include chocolates in the fridge, we currently do not offer this amenity. However, we appreciate your recommendation and will consider it as we continuously seek to improve our guest experience. Additionally, we will take into account your preference for larger towels. Well located, clean enough but didn’t get room serviced or towels replaced. Asked for fresh towels but didn’t get any and didn’t have time to go down and ask for more by the time we got back as we had to go out that evening. Got locked out of our room on the second morning as we had booked for 2 nights on seperate bookings even though the young man at the counter rang an said he had sorted our rooms so we didn’t have to move.
