Check in was great I was told breakfast was included, I went to room to have 2 single beds. charged $30 to make the bed into king, $30 parking per day, and breakfast was charged to my account as well. The room was smallest I have ever stayed in.

Requires more attention to detail Mug was broken, it can be a source of infection due to bacteria accumulation. Staff replace it as soon as I requested.

Good room, needs bar soap, takes a long time to wash with pump soap. TV always starts on and must be turned off to sleep (otherwise you have a floating icon). Let me know where a more direct method to book can help at an expected price, BookingCom plays around with them.

Excellent hotel, staff were lovely the room was nice. Highlight was the food both the buffet breakfast one of the best I've had all across Australia, and the dinner food. I had the Club sandwhich, fries were unreal, and the Barramundi with a lovely Red wine. Excellent really good food. Used the gym with free towels and access to hotel along with being central awesome. I'll be back thank you Ibis.
