The staff here are wonderful. I received an unexpected upgrade from a classic room to a suite which was nice. However the rooms themselves are very disappointing. Everything is old. The carpets didnt look clean. the couches were very uncomfortable and overnight the noise from the air con? (maybe it was from something else, Im not sure) was so loud I couldn't sleep. The bed itself was very comfortable. Our organisation has conferences here regularly - I wont be staying here again. I would opt for an AirBNB nearby

I booked a suite for 3 nights. The accommodation was comfortable enough but food was average. No smart TV so couldn’t watch streaming which shoukd be a given for a room of this cost. The lift malfunctioned showing incorrect floors. Reception and concierge repeatedly failed to answer tte phone. Disappointed and won’t return

Everything was fantastic; the only thing that let it down was that my room was right next to the lifts, which were quite noisy and kept me awake as you could hear them moving up and down.

The location is good but the service and maintainance standard was disappointing. It took me 18 hours to get action for the faulty TV remote control. Eventually, a staff brought a replacement but it stop working after 1 minute. I was not prepared to spend another 18 hours cqlling the desk to fix it. One of the two power outlets at the wall was cracked and did not work. The bed head switch light is very temperamental and could be dangerous. I am supposed to be well looked after as an ALL Gold member with a paid ALLexplorer membership. I have to rethink the value of paying for that.

I had 3 rooms booked for my family and all of us complained the next morning how got it was in the rooms. Even setting the AC to air-conditioning and 16 did nothing. The room overnight was 25 and so uncomfortable to sleep in.

Everything was good, staff for the most part are. friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable but TV's have no streaming capabilities which makes the hotel feel a bit dated. Would love to see the executive lounge return ( has not reopened since Covid) , was a great relaxing area.
