Collection of the key later that night (room not ready when I arrived) was a terrible experience. Waiting in line for a good 15/20 mins. When I arrived to my room not one amenity that a certain member should receive. No information in the room regarding breakfast times etc. I called down to ask for some water and information to be delivered to the room, which I did receive. I am really questioning why I am paying for my memberships at the moment. Service and experienced way below what it should be.

This hotel is tired and run down. The technology in the bedroom is dated and lots of peeling/scratches/wear and tear on furniture, doors, and walls in the bedroom. The king size bed had a huge dip in the middle of it which made for extremely poor sleep. We waited in a queue for 30+ minutes at check in. Plenty of staff floating around, but none willing to help check everyone in. We were given a key to a room that already had other people in it and were moved to another room. The staff called it an “upgrade” but it was exactly the room type I had booked. The Pullman Albert Park was a disappointing stay. Though it calls itself a five star hotel, I’ve stayed in nicer three and four star hotels.

Impossible to wash your hands. A big basin and a tap the size of an ant's brain. you can't fir your hand underneath it or wash without spilling water everywhere except within the basin. Whomever installed the tap would have had to have known they were installing the wrong tap.
