Our room 208 had no room between the wall the and bed, the bathroom had miss matched tiles due to repair. The breakfast buffet was cold and yuk, should I go on.................

As a Gold Member I was disappointed that the photos depicted on the Novotel Parramatta website did not exactly reflect the true facilities and experience. I was upgraded to an upper level king room which felt outdated, the was next door to a private unit block which at 1pm decided they would party on their veranda outside our window. At 3am someone decided to let fireworks off. Paid for breakfast but the buffet area felt dirty, food not as good as other Novotel hotels. Won’t be booking or recommending Novotel Parramatta again.
