Toilet flush was jammed and need intervention. Again, even at M Privilege room, the AC control panel is terrible.

We stayed in room1307.. basic room. The aircon thermostat was immovable and set to a chilly 16 degrees Celsius. Towels were ragged with one towel pretty much threadbare and holey. Breakfast was incl in the room mate and was great - made up for the tardy dinner service the night before at the hotel.
