Arrival was fine at the motel. The person at the desk was great. However, when we entered the room, we were squashed in with two double beds. The air conditioner was not working, and water from the bathroom pipes overflowed through the floor drain. There was no tea or coffee in the room. There was no way to get any fresh air into the room at all. Upon leaving, we were charged for charges that were supposed to be covered by the chargeback company we were working with. 19 days later, still waiting for my refund on charges that should not have occurred for a multinational company. The room and quality of the motel were definitely not worth the cost. The only thing good about it is that it is in the heart of Brisbane, so you can walk to most everything. Thats all it has going for it

Staff always great - in room dinning is overpriced and quite foul really. Having said that I could have gone out to eat so don’t want to detract from other great features of the hotel
