Our room was spacious and lovely view over Circular Quay. Only disappointment was that our fridge/ freezer unit had no door panels, and dryer not working- both commented upon by previous guest. These are small things but for an expensive ‘apartment/hotel’ need addressing. That said we would definitely stay again, the staff were very helpful, and couldn’t beat location . Looking forward to our next visit!

The rooms were really lovely and well equipped. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good but the first two days of our stay we had to wait over 30 minutes to even get a juice or a hot drink. Didn’t seem very efficient, take order on paper then have to input it at the central terminal whereas everywhere else has a mini iPad. Tea and coffee arrived without teaspoons and sugar necessitating more trips to the kitchen. Food was good and plentiful when it eventually arrived. Waiting staff were very pleasant but system needs an overhaul.
