However, we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by the mould issue you encountered in both bathrooms. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, especially for a stay of this caliber, and we take this matter seriously. Please know that we will be addressing this immediately by having our housekeeping and maintenance teams thoroughly inspect and clean all areas to prevent any future issues. To improve for your next stay, we are looking into enhancing our routine cleaning and maintenance procedures, particularly in areas that are more prone to moisture, such as the bathrooms.
