It was excellent with one thing that needs fixing. The shower.. when the handle was moved to hot, the flow reduced to too little flow. Turning the handle to cold increased the flow rate but then the shower was cold.

Loved our stay. Great location, amazing room and the view was superb. The only negative experience we had was with breakfast. The waiter didn’t greet us, just abruptly asked us for our room number and waved us to a table at the back of room. She let us know that we could choose one option from the menu with the exception of our son who could choose from the kids menu. The kids menu is for 12 years and under so we let the waiter now our son was 13. She then told us he could choose from two menu items only. Fortunately one of those options was what he wanted for breakfast anyway so that worked well. What we were upset with was her manner, which was rude, and as I said was the only negative experience we had on our stay.

What a perfect hotel!

After completing our cruise, we opted for the Sebel Quay West for a few nights to enjoy Sydney prior to returning home. The hotel is perfectly situated within a 5 minute walk from Circular Quay and the Overseas Passenger Terminal. Immacuately clean, and our room was well appointed. As a travel agent, I look for the "little things" that would potentially bother a client, and I couldn't find a single one at the Sebel... I will be putting this hotel on our preferred list for our clients who need accommodations in Sydney and thanks to the management and team for being so lovely during our 3 night stay!
