At The Sebel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am concerned and sorry to read feedback regarding a slip and cut in the bathroom, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We have had our contactors check over the air conditioning unit and plumbing inside the room but please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address your feedback and prevent future occurrence. As a goodwill gesture I would like to offer you a $350 credit back for your stay and as the accommodation has been prepaid by a 3rd party agent, you had provided a credit card covering any incidental charges throughout the stay.
