I felt the property was very tired and in need of a renovation considering the price paid for room and quality expected of a 5 star hotel. - air conditioning in room would not get cold. Despite several visits from maintenance. One evening if was over 24 degrees in the room. - the general age of things like tap fittings, sink plugs and other bathroom items appears very old and in desperate need of replacement. - a one point 2/3 lifts were out of service meaning it was extremely slow to go back and forth from room to reception or swimming pool. -on the last night of my stay, heavy building works commenced at 5am in a neighboring room or possibly the lift wells. On the positive side, the reception staff were great! The gym was well equipped and very modern equipment. Great location
