Overall, my stay was pleasant. However, it was disappointing that my room key stopped working at 11 a.m. on the last day, even though I had arranged for a late checkout. The front desk quickly reactivated the key when I informed them, which I appreciated. The cleaning was generally satisfactory, but after staying for a week, I started to notice some hair on the floor. It would have been even better if the floor had been cleaned a bit more frequently. The pool was great, and our kids had a wonderful time. The poolside bar was excellent as well. When we ordered food at the bar, the staff brought it over to us, and that service was very much appreciated. The New Year’s Eve event felt quite simple for the price, and I didn’t find it very enjoyable. If I stay here again over New Year’s, I would probably skip the event and spend the evening at my own pace instead.

Our stay was incredible, we had a couple of little hiccups with our room but the staff were very helpful in fixing the issues. I was sad not to be able to take advantage of the day spa as they were booked out the entire stay. The pool was incredible, and open until late. Lots of shaded areas to be in when the sun was too much. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. We never felt like we were a hassle. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back, we will definitely book a pool access room next time!

From check in to check out the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a dream, short drive to all the tourist places and an even shorter walk to the beach. A very relaxed atmosphere.
