Staff and amenities were great. Room however was very tired and in need of maintenance. Dinner at Aluco restaurant did not meet to the expectation placed by the meal cost or menu description.

We had the most fantastic stay. We were upgraded on arrival which was fantastic after a rough flight with our kids.

Great pool, mostly friendly staff and nice breakfast. Unfortunately we had a major issue with our room including damage to our belongings, which caused us to be moved to a worse room and then back to our original room the next day (obviously taking up a lot of time to pack and move twice). Night manager Gina was very kind and apologetic but did not have much authority to rectify the situation. Day Manager Usman the next day was not very apologetic and gave us barely any compensation (only covered the cost of my damaged personal Items and even that was only resort credit). For this major level of error and inconvenience to us, other places would have gone above and beyond to turn our trip around but we were met with minimal apology and essentially “breaking even” on damages. On top of this there were many little challenges such as the phone in our room not working, and reception not answering when we called via mobile to order room service, correct number of towels not being replaced by housekeeping and a very confusing car parking situation. Overall at surface level not a bad resort but unfortunately many teething issues and poor management.

Great pool if you have kids. Food was very average - they served curry rice in our poke bowl and said it was normal.
