I recently stayed at The Sebel Auckland Viaduct Harbour, and overall, my experience was positive. The location is fantastic, situated right on the waterfront in the heart of Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions. The service was excellent; the staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. However, one area of improvement is their responsiveness to online inquiries. Before my visit, I reached out with some questions but didn’t receive a reply, which was disappointing and inconvenient. I’d encourage the hotel to improve communication for a smoother guest experience. Despite this, I would recommend The Sebel for its great location, clean accommodations, and excellent in-person service.
