Friendly staff, quiet clean and comfy, appreciated cereal bowls and spoons on request, shower seal leaked quite a bit, had to keep bathroom fan on for ventilation in case of mould.

Although your front line staff member was incredibly accommodating when offering the extra night, I felt let down with the room we were given for the extra money, reception area and restaurant compared to other Accor Hotels I have stayed at previously. The room lacked small comforts eg a toaster and crockery/utensils plus mini bar options. The room was exactly the same as the downstairs room. Having the balcony was in no way worth the extra rate. The restaurant, apparently had the chef off for the first time in 3 months. Were we supposed to know that? When there are only 4 options for mains available and 1 not being available, truly disappointing. And again, an alcoholic choice was also unavailable. I felt sorry for the wait staff having to say sorry twice to the same people. Bed was way too soft with the body impression evident through the middle. Perhaps time to replace. Your reception area with computers on desks is not very professional. Hoping this gets rectified for you. The gardens were immaculate.
