Pleasant enough hotel. Staff friendly. Room basic but clean. Comfortable bed, very quiet. Had a balcony with table and chairs. Did not have breakfast. Fairly central location, so an easy walk around the town. Supermarket and cafes/restaurants nearby. Close to local public transport and about a 10-15 min walk to the main train station.

The rooms need fans in the bathrooms; the moisture is causing mold issues, which is not healthy for the guests. The carpets need vacuuming and carpet shampoo. There were crumbs on the floor and hair from previous guests. The bedding was comfortable. The location was good, and the a/c was nice. Breakfast was great.

Stayed one night at this central hotel which was really good. Their breakfast was a pleasant positive experience with a large selection of food. Parking should be possible but was a bit difficult to understand. Price for parking seems fair. We are happy to return to this hotel again

Overpriced , for the facilities provided. Old dated rooms, there wasn’t even a mirror in the room. Breakfast was very basic. Overall very disappointing.

Wonderful hotel in the city center. We had booked a family room ans were pleasantly surprised to find a large suite on the top floor with a large private terrace with a perfect view of a nearby alp summit. The staff was friendly and efficient and the value amazing compared to all other places we have stayed in Switzerland!
