Haven’t been with Sofitel Kunming for long time and the check in process smooth and the room arranged right as my expected, the corner with a good view. The breakfast is much better than before some years ago! The only can be better is the check-out, maybe the front desk was a bit tired.

Very good hardware. The food and breakfast in the executive lounge are very high standard. As a platinum member of Accor, although I received an email from the staff of the executive lounge asking about check-in preferences, I did not receive a response after I reply, and there was no preparation in the room during check-in , and no welcome gifts of members benefit. Check in at the front desk, until you get the room card, the front desk did not give a welcome drink card, and did not mention the benefits of the executive lounge, breakfast, etc. Member services must be improved!

We had wonderful experience at the hotel which was set in a scenic view of beautiful Kunming City. We came to this hotel as part of our business trip to China. staff made sure our stay was memorable. The staff was very friendly and courteous and goes the extra mile to make sure that the guests are happy and well taken care of. Food was delicious and had excellent variety for each and every meal. Would like to mention Special Thanks to Andy Yu & Front Office Staff. we definitely will visit this beautiful hotel again on our next business trip to China.

I had a great time at Sofitel Kunming's special event, French Gastronomy Week, during my recent stay. The staff provided exceptional service and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The incredible French cuisine available during this promotion truly wowed me. Each dish was expertly crafted and displayed exceptional attention to detail. The dining room was elegant, the view was spectacular with a view of the beautiful lake, and the service was flawless. The accommodations were not only spacious and beautifully decorated, but they also had all of the modern amenities one could want. The toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, and so on were all recyclable, which demonstrates the hotel's commitment to environmental stewardship. My experience at Sofitel Kunming surpassed all expectations, and I recommend it to anyone seeking a remarkable French journey complemented by extraordinary hospitality.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sofitel Kunming to any discerning traveler seeking a luxurious haven in the heart of Kunming. In addition, I must mention that the breakfast at Sofitel Kunming was absolutely delightful. The wide variety of options, from local delicacies to international favorites, ensured a satisfying start to every day of my stay. Furthermore, I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and hands-on the General Manager, Bruno Bohl, was throughout my visit. His attentiveness and dedication went above and beyond to ensure that my experience as a foreign visitor was nothing short of exceptional.
