I stayed 12 nights at Mercure Koh Samui and very quickly felt like I was at home. From the first days, the staff knew my habits and recognized me, which made the experience incredibly warm and personal. A special thank you to Pam at the reception, who was always smiling and extremely kind. She did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable and was willingly available for any request, showing genuine care and professionalism. All the hotel services are pleasant and efficient, and the location is excellent. A wonderful place that I would definitely recommend.
