Swimming Pool Closure Notice! Due to essential maintenance that needs to be done to ensure the safety and quality of the pool, please be advised our swimming pool at Deluxe Building (Beachside) has been closed since 10 SEP 24. With no other choice, we need to prolong the maintenance schedule until 30 NOVEMBER 24 in order to complete necessary tasks. While, the main pool is closed, the other facilities remain available including alternative a swimming pool in Standard City Building just across the street.

Very bad experience!!!

The hotel is going under major renovations!!! The whole swimming pool was closed! The bar lounge upstairs was fully shut down! The resort looked really bad and everything was shut down! They didn’t close the resort during renovation. They kept it open and when we wanted to cancel our stay due to lack of facilities, they refused to do it and made us stay there for 4 nights. They said they won’t reimburse any money!!! Very bad experience!!

Good location but lack of recognize to loyalty program

The hotel is great for location and cleanliness. facilities are good even they on renovate the main pool. Team members are friendly and humble. just only 1 area that could make it better on the loyalty program as I am a Gold member. there was a welcome amenity prepared in the room and i just realized that i could request for late check-out till 5 PM if room available but on check-in i need to ask by myself for late check-in at 2 PM. would be much more personalize to member if they could suggest. on arrival, i've checked if possible to get upgrade but as they mentioned that room not available even low occupancy. overall stay experience was satisfied, my comment is to for get it better as i could she potential being more extra than current

Had an amazing stay, staff were so friendly and amazing and accommodating to my dietary requirements. Rooms were very clean. Only one thing the beds were so hard. They did however try and help and put a topper on top, I still found it hard. Located right on the beach, the pool that's getting renovated will be amazing once completed. Would definitely stay here again.
