Daytime front desk staff (Zoe and Kacpar) were extremely helpful. Nighttime front desk staff were terrible. Climate control unit in room was very loud and in need of repair. Otherwise, room was great.

Reception staff were very friendly especially the Australian girl. All staff including cleaning staff you met spoke and smiled. Room was very quiet and clean. Great location for festival theatre.

Lovely stay here whilst visiting family, great location and we've stayed a few times. Had a room on the side which was very quiet considering how close the hotel is to the centre. Staff great on reception and in bar.

Well located for the Festival Theatre

This is an ideal location if you are attending a show at the Festival Theatre. Rooms clean and tidy, although could maybe do with a little TLC. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food from a buffet.

Excellent location great staff and a very clean hotel. Evening meal was excellent. Only negatives are the bed sheets don’t fit the beds properly so move during the night, but saying that they are very comfortable. Main issue is plug points there are non next to the bed so charging phones etc was awkward as points on other side of the room. Also to boil the kettle you have to take it out of the wardrobe on put it on a very thin shelf to boil it serious safety issue as on a short cable. As we said we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
