very good service. Staff is very kind. Tram at 1 min from the hotel. 5 min from the airport by tram. Most of the other hotels are closed and will probably not re open before a very long time, if they would (e.g. Hyatt Regency ZH Airport). Unfortunately, most restaurants were closed thus letting the Ibis Staff alone and with no proposals with regard to restaurants apart Mc Donald

The ibis budget Zurich Airport is perfect located very close to the airport. Very easy to reach via 2 trams (8 & 10 if I remember well) and a Bus (510), maybe 4 minutes drive, ticket is just some CHF. It is what it is, a budget ibis. Simple, but clean and relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a night before or after a flight.

Needed a location near the airport and found a good hotel with this one. Yes, as an ibis there are certain standards and this one is not an exception. It is not the Ritz Carlton but it is clean, surprisingly quiet, friendly stuff and very good situated next to a Tram station 5 minutes from the airport. Will be there next time again.

Generally the service is adequate. Given the modest set up in the room, every inconvenience makes the difference.

Quality is according to the price. Room is simple and clean. Very good level of attention at reception desk. The location is just 2 tram stops from Zurich Airport, however there is nothing else around.

I have been at this hotel times during last 3 years. it is very clean, silent, cost effective and comfort hotel. it is near airport but not noisy. staff are very helpful. breakfast is simple but effective.

If I am very critical Then I would say the mattress was quite soft, there was no hair dryer and the soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty. But we still spent a good night there, it’s two tram stops away from the airport and, most of all, staff is really friendly and helpful. Would always come again.

In overall, it is good for tourist as the location is near airport. The negative part is that the bathroom is small and not recommended for person with huge size, toilet design causes water is always flowing out from the bathroom and some utility in the room is not well maintain (one of the light is not working).

Outstanding service !!, Exceptional check in service !!! The entire stay was great. The staff very helpful. Joyful attitude. I would recommend to friends and family. They also allowed early check in , because my long flight arrived early.

no so good as usual in other accor hotels. the people received me seemed not so simpathetic and not so found of helping foreing people in dealing with their difficulties. i do not recomend this hotel anymore.
