Everything else was pretty standard and mostly maybe ok, said maybe because I can hardly find time to enjoy myself in the room during my stay as the hotels AC does not allow me to adjust the room temperature. And that was the case for ALL the rooms in the hotel. This is absolutely ridiculous and unreasonable as my room temperature skyrocketed to 30 degrees+ and the only thing the hotel can do is to advise me to turn the AC off and open the windows. It was below 10 degrees outside, sleeping under this condition caused me two sleepless nights and a bad flu as I was busy between opening and closing the windows every two hours so that the temperature can be maintained at a reasonable level for us to sleep. It is definitely not what I would expect and off I won’t recommend anyone to stay at Pullman Taiyuan. They are better at saying sorry than solving problems.

We stayed for a little less than a week and are truly impressed by the service! The breakfast was delicious and the gym was great. The room was absolutely clean and we never ran out of water or towels. But most importantly, the staff was super nice and always there to help. We definitely had a pleasant stay!
