Staff are knowledgeable and caring, especially Mike and Ivo, the two manager would go out their way to help you such as tour booking, direction etc. Not to mention the young staff at the door who always go to the road to call a taxi for me. The facilities in the hotel are fantastic, especially the swimming pool and the garden. My wife and me were more than happy to have stayed there for 3 nights last month.

We have stayed in the Taiyuan pullmen Taiyuan for four nights . From the first day we checked in to the last day we checked out we have spended extremily wandeful time ! everyonre in the hoel is nice, kind and industrious. They are ready to do every thing to meed the needs of ours, particularly staffs in the reception such as Jessje,Terry ,Mike and many ethers we do not know their names. For the breakfast and dinner it is really a delicious with wanderfull chinese and shanxi style. and it is amazing that in the breakast we can have full engish breakfast . The room is clean and larger then we stayed in other pullman hotels.. We enjoy everyminuts we stayed in the hotel and sure we will be back again.

Check in out staff is polite but friendly. My request to call taxi was immediately aarnged with their greeting. Before check in, I had asked many questions to the traffics to ping Yao, say, how much car arrangement by hotel is, bus time schedule from your hotel to taiyuen station... they answered perfectly with prompt response.

Everything in the hotel is top class with staff that care and are welcoming. The food and service in the restaurant is top class. The swimming pool is wonderful. Your lobby area is too spread out and lacks intimacy. Some screens ans less off white furnishings will make a great difference.

Awful air conditioning system

The air-conditioning system is awful. Even if I turned off the air conditioner, the room is still too hot. I can't even fall asleep due to overheat till 2 AM. It's unbelievable that in such a well equipped hotel, the air conditioning system can only provide heat mode at this season?
