Staff very helpful, bar food good, but restaurant limited. Catered for meat eaters, less so vegetarian options. Room was spacious, but only one of everything, one bag stand, one chair, yet we had a room for two people. Television was very complicated to work.

To help celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us a plate of super delicious chocolates, a bottle of wine and a personal message on a card - we felt really special Super responsive to emails The room was nice, love the bed and the a/c, sofa Restaurant was great and plenty of gluten free bread The staff were attentive The fridge was very useful The balcony opened up to the trees, which was lovely The spa and pool looked good - though we didn't have time to use the facilities They have a tie up with the taxi and transport service which made it really convenient to go anywhere including crossing into Brazil We arrived really early and they let us check in, really accommodating I would recommend this hotel 100% Problems: The hotel is quite dated and needs some improvement The bottom of the bathroom door was distorted and wavy because the water has damaged it The towels were icky - full of brown stains The trash can in the bathroom was rusty and the pedal didn't work - should be thrown out Water pressure in the shower could be stronger The toilet flush is super stiff, hard to flush No DND sign so housekeeping went in even though it wasn't necessary, we just checked in!
