Overall, the experience was great. The reception staff was super courteous and helpful. The room amenities leave a lot to be desired. Though the room was very spacious and comfortable, it lacked basic necessities like complementary drinking water, body lotion, etc. Our experience at the bar (prior to moving to our dinner table was average. It was difficult to get anybody’s attention to help us). On the contrary, the server at the dinner table was very polite, courteous and helpful.

I recently stayed at Mercure Iguazú Hotel Irú, and the experience was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautifully set in the heart of nature, making it an ideal destination for anyone looking to disconnect and unwind in a natural resort environment. It is especially commendable that the property holds a Green Key certification, clearly reflecting their strong commitment to sustainability and preserving the surrounding environment. I would like to extend special recognition to several team members who made our stay exceptional. Tati, at the restaurant, provided excellent recommendations and guided us through a wine tasting experience that led us to choose a fantastic wine we thoroughly enjoyed. Facundo was incredibly kind and professional—thank you for the upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Alexis at the pool bar was very friendly and made our relaxing time by the pool even more enjoyable. Finally, a big thank you to Lorena, Luciano, and Emmanuele for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality at the lobby bar. Overall, a fantastic experience with a team that truly makes a difference. Highly recommended.
