I am an All Gold Member. I have been to many Mercure hotels but Iguazu was a not so good experience. 1. You can only access sauna for half hour. The lady in spa sauna area is very grumpy 😡. She was very rude and said you have only 1/2 h available tomorrow even though it was empty on the day of my enquiry. 2. Front desk - very slow service. I asked for a pair of slippers at least 3 times and every time I was told will get back. After 24 hours they got back. 3. Taps of bathroom were leaking. I had conveyed to them. I did expect a better experience. But I think it was not up to mark.

First, I would like to clarify a few points in your comments: The sauna in the Spa is not limited to 30 minutes; however, we offer 30-minute sessions simply to better organize service in that area. If a guest wishes to use it for longer, they should book multiple sessions, subject to availability. I regret that the Spa staff's service was not what you expected. I assure you that our main objective is to make our guests feel satisfied and well taken care of. Regarding the slippers, I regret that we were unable to fulfill your request promptly. We will work on improving our communication with the HSK department. We have already addressed the issue with the faucet. Thank you for your time and for allowing us to improve our services.
