It’s unfortunate that it has the feel of a former 5 star hotel, now barely struggling to be 3. Would not recommend. Bathrooms: smell foul - even in the lobby. Pool: not heated. No one using it. Jacuzzi: too cold, foul smell. Restaurant: limited options and hours. This property should have 2-3 dining options including fine dining.

Only stayed a couple of nights on a two week tour of Argentina, Iguaçu, Uruguay and Brazil but very satisfied with the location, comfort and overall feeling of the hotel. Really good fresh food for both breakfast and dinner and staff friendly and professional. Recommended if you’re visiting the Falls.

Overall this was a good stay. Room was large and staff was pleasant. Hotel had some minor issues (closet doors stopped functioning). Food was good throughout the stay and I think it was fairly priced. Leaving the hotel I had the opinion that I would stay here again, but probably better for couples than a family.
