Hotel is a bit worn out. Inside the room is quite humid but if you don’t plan to stay in hotel for long then it’s ok. I had a mosquito bite but not too serious. I booked room but I forgot (because so many bookings with ibis so can’t actually remember which is which)without breakfast but when I was downstairs having breakfast the waiter did not remind me that my room is without breakfast. So I was stopped by for paying right after I came out from restaurant. Not really a very pleasant experience.

A well placed and accesible location, with a comfortable bed and well supplied breakfast options. The only improvement I could think of is some kind of in-house service to book excursions and activities in the city, a service I've noticed others hotels in the area offer in a more accesible manner.

Ideal for the falls great steak house foz. Nearby. Half an hour from the airport the worst laundry system known to man

Honestly, it was way below my expectations. It seems like nobody checks other people's work. A quality check, if you will. No bodywash in the room, no hairdryer working, in the breakfast area, eggs were green in the bottom and it looked disgusting, so much so that nobody were getting it. Also, fruits were rotten on display, and bed sheets were ripped (I have pics if you want to see). So where is the quality control in this hotel? Also, I asked 5 times to check my air conditioner (AC) and only after speaking with someone who seemed like a manager it was solved. The person that did our check-in, had an atittude as if she was making a favor in checking us in, did not welcome us as the Elite status, did not offer or even commented about the welcome drink, and funny enough all the 5 times that I requested for the AC, all of them, I requested them to her, and as mentioned, none were solved. I will not recommend this hotel at all, but I have been to so many Ibis around the globe and this one was by far the worse. With that been said, the other employees were amazing. So, friendly. In addition, we had 13 times problem with our keys. 1, 2 or all 3 keys that we had, did not work since the first day we had them. They claimed that we had them closed to credit cards or other magnetic things but there were nothing closed to them. It was extremely annoying.
