Hotel was nice, restaurant and breakfast was good just the bar at night needed attention. Night after night with the less than experienced bar people trying to serve a pint. Out of the 4 larger's available I ended up drinking a short. £7 a pint.

The hotel rooms are very dated. Ive stayed in a few different rooms here now and they all have old, well used uncomfortable pillows and one room had a broken shower which was reported but never fixed. The staff was amazing and made the stay better. The food was very hit and miss, no 2 days are the same even though its the same boring menu. The food was such a let down especially for the price of it. Sadly every beer was flat even after a new keg was installed ect. Massive difference from other mecure hotels ive stayed at sadly. Thanks to all the staff for making sure our stay was the best it could be

Just had breakfast at Mercure, staff were lovely and very friendly, food was lovely, great choice, Sophie and Nathan on reception were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.

Yes the decor is a little dated but rooms are a good size and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and at the price point the Mercure Livingston is hard to beat.

there were 3 adults in a family room, it was very clean and comfortable though a small arm chair would have been appriciated. the food was delicious though a bit on the pricy side. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again.
