We stay here quite regularly and are never disappointed. The hotel is very well located (5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the nearest park and ride) and is very well appointed following the recent renovation. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the place always seems to be very well organised. Breakfast is very good too!

Well located for the park & ride, rooms need a refresh

Everything was ok. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and efficient. Reception area felt modern, the room on the other hand whilst ok felt tired. The cabinets and cupboards could do with being replaced. Some pictures on the wall would have been nice. There were cracks on the toilet seat base which did not stop it working just an example of tiredness of the room. For me the room was overly hot even with the thermostat turned down and the window open.
