Had a lovely afternoon tea We. Were unable to finish it all the sandwiches were so full The staff asked if we would like it boxed up to take home The staff were very attentive Would definitely recommend it to friends The view from the hotel is stunning

Our stay here was amazing from start to finish. Lively staff at check in, great room service and spacious, clean rooms. We had the privilege double and the view from the balcony was the perfect backdrop for our engagement. Breakfast was great too

Nightmare to stay at Mercure Edinburgh

A nightmare hotel! I am here for business and the WiFi didn’t work at the hotel! I called the front desk 4 times before someone picked up the phone. No fridge in room. Not a place to stay especially if you need to use WiFi to check in online for your flight!
