Tried to check in at 2:45pm. Official check in was 3pm. Then at 3:10pm had to queue up with a dozen people nearly out the revolving doors for 20 minutes as everyone was waiting for 3pm Champagne was warm in the bar and had to open the bottle ourselves Room was small for the price. Few facilities on the room. Not even a door to the wardrobe. Water pressure was diabolical in the en-suite. Not worth having a shower as was like being dribbled on.

Small room very overpriced.

Considering i was charged over £200 for one night in this ‘room’ is ridiculous. The room was the length of the bed. Photos on booking site are very deceiving and make the room look a lot bigger than it is

Lovely hotel, brilliant staff. Room disappointing.

As stated above. The room was small with a small open wardrobe that wasn't big enough to hold the clothes of two people (considering it was supposed to be a double room) and no drawers at all for underwear, socks etc.

Pretty nice

Staff were lovely (shout out to Barry) and location was great. Rooms could benefit from a mini fridge, and sheets/towels had a bit of a funky smell about them. But decent stay for the price!
