The hotel is easy to find, but parking can be a challenge. The car park is under the hotel and can be quite hard to park if you have a large car. Booking in was a sinple and pleasant experience. The staff are very nice and helpful. Big shout out for Paul the maintenance man. As i was in a wheelchair, he was so helpful. He helped us park then took our bags up to our room. Thank you!! Getting to the room in my wheelchair was a little difficult due to the narrow corridors and sharp turns. Our room was lovely and comfy. I have never seen such a big bed! 7 foot wide i believe. Nice big bathroom. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family illness. We ate in the bar one evening and had the burger and fries. Very nice. Altogether a very pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff. They made us feel quite welcome.

Beautiful room with lovely sea view , the carpet was unfortunately a little stained but otherwise very clean. Exceptional friendly and accommodating staff . The hotel was a little out the way from the Christmas hustle and bustle we had to get uber . Breakfast was outstanding couldn’t of asked for better , wide selection of hot and cold

Overall, our stay was good. We recommend that the hotel pays attention to areas where dust gathers. For example, the standing lamp in the bedroom (room 109) had a considerable amount of dust gathered on the top. Some of the furniture was slightly damaged or scuffed from previous guests, such as chipped table edges and markings on the carpet, missing reading light by the bed. It maybe worth noting for customers that the room/suit is above the main entrance area; therefore, you will hear other guests if there is a party or social gathering. There were cobwebs on the round lighting in the bar area (the front window/seating area). We waited in the bar area for 25 minutes before a member of staff entered the room to ask for our order. The staff were friendly and approachable, which made the stay pleasant.

The hotel staff were excellent, reception and breakfast. Very efficient. Breakfast was nice too. Room very dated but had everything you needed for a weekend break. We came via Secret Escapes so got two free cocktails which was a mice addition
