Dear Helen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations and that several issues affected your experience from arrival to departure. Please accept my apologies for the difficulties accessing your room in the Mews, including the key not working on arrival — this should never happen and understandably caused frustration. I’m also sorry for the confusion regarding your booking and the unnecessary follow‑up call about payment. Bookings should always be checked thoroughly before contacting guests, and I regret this error. I appreciate your comments regarding the lack of parking availability, the twin room layout with beds positioned too closely together, and the absence of a check‑out conversation. These are all valid points and will be reviewed with the relevant teams to improve procedures, communication, and guest comfort. While I’m pleased you found the bathroom nice and cleanliness acceptable, I regret that the overall experience led to disappointment.
