halls and rooms decor needs to be refreshed, couldn't charge anything to the room due to a system upgrade (never known a system upgrade to take so long) the website is not simple or easy to use so went into the hotel to book. Staff are lovely and friendly, food was excellent, overall very satisfied with our 2 nights stay.

Disappointed with tired looking room.

The hotel is well located, the sheets and bathroom were clean but the bathroom was in need of some maintenance. The room was overdue a deep clean and decorating. The window was absolutely filthy. The breakfast room was pleasant and the breakfast itself was ok. The coffee machine was not working as only a few of the option buttons were working. All in all a disappointing visit.

We’ve stayed at the Burford Bridge several times, and have come to expect a better standard than we experienced on this stay.
