noticeable stains on carpets, toilet had not been cleaned properly stains on toilet seat. Bathroom was freezing was a cold and windy day and the draft in the bathroom from ceiling fan was blowing in cold air which the towel rail did not heat enough. Windows in bedroom blowing in cold air and quite noisy.

Clean and well equipped double room, third floor, however it is located about something on the lower floors that sounds like a generator running all night- made for a noisy nights sleep! Shower is lovely and hot but you either pick hot water or water pressure- can’t have both! Easy check in and out, polite staff, bar staff attentive, evening meal was ok, lots of range for breakfast.

Had the pleasure of an overnight stay for work , we are currently in the process of working on replacing ALL the flooring ( which people negatively review ) just to explain , being a Seaside establishment customers do tend to walk in and with that bring salt water , road dirt and in general the area has a lot of foot traffic , that said " hopefully " that explains the negatives . Very silent room "120 " Breakfast was top form , bar staff and reception ACE , Kelly the GM brilliant and obviously cares about the establishment .
