Our experience at this hotel was magical they not only put us in a spacious room with excellent seaviews but they rescued our anniversary from a poor booking I made online with a different hotel. They put us in the same room we had booked the 17/10/24 . The weather was gorgeous which complemented the amazing seaviewsand amazing decor and layout of the hotel .

A one night stay. We were greeted warmly by Jacob, who gave us helpful advice about the locality. The quirkiness of the decor suited us, as did the seafront position. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good (we had continental rather than hot- but it looked lovely). The staff at breakfast were very helpful and cheerful. Everyone seemed proud of their hotel - as they should be.

I stayed with my teenage daughter for 3 nights. We enjoyed a special personalized care, liked the hotel and decor, food and drinks. Room access was a slight challenge with luggage through few stairs. I appreciated flexibility when amending reservation 2 days before arrival. Hotel is on the sea front of Brighton towards west beach. Overall we were happy especially with the reception and customer service.

Over all a very good experience, we had a privilege room that was very spacious with a lovely sea view, the hotel was situated in a very good location & the on-site parking was definitely a bonus. We booked bed & breakfast and we were not disappointed with the quality & choice on offer for breakfast. However on a negative note the carpets in the breakfast & bar area were very worn & appeared dirty which surprised us as this was a 4* hotel & let these areas down. The lady on reception called Marta was very pleasant & helpful. Also the waiter who was called Ben who served us at breakfast is a real credit to the hotel with his warmth & pleasant demeanour.
