I regularly stay at the IBIS Rotterdam City Centre because it is so well located, close to our office and you can park right next door. However, I think the rooms could do with a refresh as they are getting a bit old, especially the beds, which affects the quality of sleep. On the other hand, I know that the price is attractive, but I would be willing to pay more for better sleep quality. I also think that the breakfast could be made more appealing with a few more healthy options and some clever ideas that don't require a lot of effort, especially for those who want or need to avoid meat, white flour and dairy products.

We stayed in 2 rooms with our 2 small children (1 and 4 year olds). We found the hotel absolutely fantastic - it was reasonably priced for Rotterdam, had an incredibly central location so we could easily walk to things, great breakfast, and really helpful staff who sorted a cot and high chair for us. We were also there during the late June heatwave and the air conditioning was ideal - worked perfectly but unobtrusively. Despite its central location the hotel was always really quiet and we didn’t hear other guests at all, even the other half of our family in the next door room! Everyone slept very well, including the 1 year old who is constantly awake overnight normally.
