It was fantastic stay at Novotel and cozy environment and great food. Hospitality by Jesmin and Amar are extraordinary They taken Special attention to every guest and always with smile. Neeraj Joshi -restaurant manager and Lovi from Front office are very good communication with guest and very accommodative for everyone.

Overall Verdict: My recent stay at Novotel Ahmedabad was unfortunately a disappointing experience, falling far short of expectations for a five-star hotel. While the location proved to be convenient, the outdated facilities and lack of attention to any detail by staff significantly impacted my stay. a. Staff: The saving grace of this hotel was its staff. I'd particularly like to commend Amarpreet at The Square restaurant and Lovi for their courteous and excellent service . While the food was decent, the staff's genuine efforts to please were truly appreciated. However, some of the reception staff seemed unaware of the standards guests expect from a hotel of this standard. b. Hotel: The hotel itself is in dire need of renovation and modernization. From worn-out rooms with visible marks and dated furnishings to torn key cards and malfunctioning telephones, it was evident that little investment has been made in maintaining the property. TVs don't even have proper HD clarity and seem 15 or more years old in appearance and output. This lack of upkeep created a sense of neglect and significantly detracted from the overall experience. c. Location: The hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point. Situated in a convenient area with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, it provides a good base for exploring the city.

Hospitality was awesome, every staff member specially Mitul Biswas (The Chef) was very friendly, didn't made us feel like out of home. The food was also mouth watering, what ever ask for you ll get in next 15 minutes. I wish them good luck. Thanks
