Exceptional customer service by the entire team! From the waiters during breakfast, special invitation to the Christmas tree lighting event which was a highlight with the kids to and personal welcome with the hotel's general manager! A big shout out to Kajol and Kapil!

Overall very comfortable stay. Areas where there can be improvements are, restaurant staff needs basic training. There is sufficient staff but they are most of the time look outside. Do not clear plates, replace cutlery, or give water. They need to be called. Second strange part was, room cleaning. 2nd day of stay, room was not cleaned. A card was hung on the door saying, "on my request, room was not cleaned". I kept that card inside the room the next day. 3rd day room was made. 4th day, I got an email stating, "that as per my request, room is not being made". I replied in the negative, I want room cleaned and bed made. But when I returned late evening, bed was still not made. 5th day morning I left and informed about this peculiarity at reception. They have no clue. There was a dinner for about 200 people arranged one evening. The buffet spread was in a very congested space. You could have arranged the buffet spread outside where there is sufficient space with seating inside (both the foyer or area where buffet was arranged and the hall inside could have been used for sitting. There was no space to walk with the plate to pick food.

Umesh at the Square restaurant crafted memorable meals, from aromatic Gujarati thali to innovative fusion dishes that burst with flavor. We have booked room with bed and breakfast. While having breakfast, hospital staff approached us saying breakfast will be charged extra. Its basic expectation that, your staff should be checking before approaching clients with such comments. It creates awkward situation with your guests, and I not sure if this discussion was warranted, when we have blocked more monies on card at the time of check-in.
