There are too many house flies in breakfast area & these flies are sitting on the food also and I have raised the same issue to the incharge but nothing changed

However, I regret to inform you that I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with your services and constantly facing some or the other issues. My calls dont get answered, the alternate room that is provided is again non-satisfactory. I had asked for room cleaning and the same was improperly done. The bed did not have enough pillow and I had to repeatedly ask for more Pillows. Please see the attached pictures for your review. The room is given just infront of the lift even when I said to give me a proper room with appropriate upgrade and show me the other rooms. Yatin helped in initially but only later did I come to know that similar kind of room is provided and stated as premier but the room door itself doesnt work properly. It is apparently embarrassing to receive such pathetic treatment at a five star hotel.
