Rooms are good. Breakfast good. Coffee machine should provide hot milk cappuccinos and latté. The hotel carpark registration system did not link properly with the carpark entry/exit system. Failed each time even highlighted at registration. The 59/F lounge access record did not link promptly with the front desk upgrade registration record. Door access by room card to shopping mall did not work.
