I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to the team at Pullman for such a fantastic stay. What impressed me most was the attention to detail regarding my previous feedback. Specifically, I appreciated how you addressed the room temperature issues I had noted previously; it was much improved and made for a truly comfortable stay this time. I recently stayed at this property and wanted to share my feedback. As an Accor Plat Member, I frequently stay within the Accor network and have come to appreciate the high standards of the Pullman brand. During this visit, those standards were met brilliantly by your team, though one significant issue seriously impacted my stay. First, I want to commend your staff. The front desk reception was highly professional, and the service in the 4F restaurant was a highlight. I would like to specifically recognize Jennie (or Jenny) for her exceptional hospitality and Mr. Wei for his attentive and professional management. Both individuals made a very positive impression. The hotel room was beautiful and well-maintained, fitting the premium experience I except as a loyal member. However, I encountered a situation that I found totally unacceptable. At approximately 11:00 pm, the air conditioning appeared to be restricted or turned down centrally. This caused the temperature in my room to rise to 26.5 deg C. The environment became so stifling that I began to sweat heavily and had to call for technical assistance. When the technical staff arrived, I asked him to verify the condition of the room; he was able to confirm firsthand the extent of my perspiration and the heat of my skin due to lack of airflow. Ultimately, the only way I could manage the rest of that night was by requesting a portable fan to be brought to the room. As a frequent traveler, I find a controlled climate to be an essential part of the guest experience, particularly with the Accor loyalty program. Have to rely on a fan in a premium property like Pullman because the centralized AC is restricted is disappointing. I hope you will share my compliments with the restaurant team, Mr. Wei / Jennie (Jenny) and the rest of the staff. I have a return stay scheduled for April 4. I value my relationship with the Pullman brand and truly hope to see improvements regarding the climate control during my next visit, as a comfortable sleeping environment is my primary priority. Without the AC issue, should have rated 10 instead of 7. Thank you!
