La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos ni à la commande. Nous étions en voyage d'affaire et nous nous sommes retrouvé dans 2 chambres avec 2 petits lits, pas de poubelle, climatisation qui fait un bruit pas possible, dont une chambre au RDC ou il fallait monter au 1er puis redescendre par des escaliers. Au vu du prix payé pour la chambre, c'est scandaleux

Bon rapport qualité prix et parfaitement situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la gare centrale, juste au bord du Maine. Point négatif, les portes qui claquent le matin.

le petit déjeuner est très cher pour ce qu'il propose, il n'y avait même pas de fruit....le pain était sec.

Pas de chauffage

We would like to apologize in particular for the failure of the heating and hot water system. The systems let us down here, unfortunately it took a while until the problems could be solved. In the meantime, everything is back to normal and we have installed a “Plan B” for such cases.
