Pas de chauffage

Dear Brehima D., Thank you very much for your visit and for taking the time to review your stay at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum. We would like to apologize in particular for the failure of the heating and hot water system. The systems let us down here, unfortunately it took a while until the problems could be solved. In the meantime, everything is back to normal and we have installed a “Plan B” for such cases. douche froide sans pression puis plus du tout d'eau puis eau brulante ... Oubli de serviettes de bain pendant 2 jours pas de bouteille d'eau pour une journée petit déjeuner: tables pas nettoyées et manques de certains produits comme le fromage pour deux matins
