Sofitel Opera is an excellent hotel well located in central Frankfurt. We really enjoyed our relaxing two night stay. Very good service, nice bar and dinner. Very interesting building. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. We will return!

Bad stay due to one room not being ready despite me calling one day in advance to make sure that the intereconnecting rooms were well set up and ready on time.

Nice hotel , nice location, room took too mich time at our arrival, nice room, bed was VERY uncomfortable… could not sleep, bad back pain 😬🤣

A luxury experience, centrally located

Everything about the hotel (location, the room, the check-in experience) was great. The only aspect of my stay with which I am not wholly satisfied is, sadly, the easiest one to get right: getting an itemized bill. At check-out I was told I would get the bill by mail but two weeks later and after requesting it many times over email, contact form, all accor app I still haven't got my bill, which my company needs to reimburse me the cost of the stay. I find difficult to believe that something so insignificant can make me consider to stay elsewhere on future visits.
