For your safety and comfort we have put in place strict measures adhering to both governmental requirements and ACCOR's ALLSAFE sanitary guidelines. The fitness and pool are open with social distancing measures in place, and all guests are required to reserve the time they want to use the facilities. The spa is open with limited slots to allow for enhanced sanitation between guests. In-room mini bars have been removed, however all items are available to order for consumption during your stay.

The best place to stay if you're attending an event at Impact Challenger, which is just next door. Restaurants and convenience shops are also walking distance, plus there's a shuttle to the nearest BTS station. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything u need, the hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating too.

This was my third visit to the hotel in the past 6 months. The hotel is nice and the room is convenient. I have booked & paid online and I have called to ask to combine the reservation with RTDK. The reservation was declined given the reason that they offered a different rate plan. The receptionist would at least recheck if the room was ready instead of telling me that it is not the check-in time. They could at least check the computer screen and told me that they have my booking but the room is not ready. If the time allows, she should have asked me to sign the registration card, take my deposit, or whatever, and pick up the key later. I understood that I came early than check-in time but it would help me assure that I have room and they are taking care of it. This time, I was informed to check in at 2 pm and later informed that the room was delayed. She asked me to come back at 2.40 pm despite I told her that I have to work. My friend went and asked for the room at 2.50 pm, staff told me that I have already picked up the key. She was like, no -- who did you gave it to? So they ended up swop the room. The senior staff extended her apologies but I think it could have been better. I wonder if the housekeeping team would have a refill amenity policy as the last two times, the amenity was not refilled after it was used up. I had dinner at the lobby bar and I have to grab my own menu from another table bcos there is only one staff at the time. The food was good and service was not slow.

The check in was quite late than expect even I’ve arrived lated. The bag was sent to the room very delay that I’ve to call for it. Reception didn’t cooperate with maid to made my room and I have to leave the room early so they can do my room and on the second day we didn’t get the compliment water. Compared with my last of stay it’s seem that the hotel are short in the number of staff. I hope next time there will be more improvement.
