The room was dated but serviceable. Air conditioning was inconsistent. The hotel interior felt dark, with a noticeable damp smell. Overall, the property could benefit from renovation. The main issue was breakfast. The vegetarian section was poorly planned, with only a few limited options that felt like an afterthought. Ingredient labels were missing, which made it difficult to identify what was suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Most vegetable dishes in the main buffet were cooked with animal-based sauces, so truly meat-free options were scarce. When we asked if something more appropriate could be prepared, staff initially said no. After some back and forth, a manager eventually arranged for a small dish to be made for our group of five. While we appreciated the effort, it felt like a reluctant exception rather than standard service. The following morning, however, a different manager, a woman on duty on 26 May, handled the situation exceptionally well. Although I did not get her name, she deserves special mention. She approached our concerns with tact and professionalism, ensured our dietary needs were clearly understood, and followed up without making us feel like we were being difficult. While the stay was generally acceptable, vegetarians and vegans will likely find the dining options lacking.

the big rooms let you stay there longer. Nice big bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Very prompt reacting room service and a brilliant breakfast. Here is one little remark I want to mention: the coffee machines are very slowly so when many guests at the same time looking for coffee - traffic jam. Well equipped fitness centre and nice swimming pool. The staff very observant and so friendly, at the reception and help desk an concierge. Excellent.
