Awesome friendly staff very helpful. We had to extend our stay due to flight cancellations in Middle East. Went down to reception in early hours of the morning once our new flights were confirmed. Staff very helpful in booking us the last available room.

The stay at ibis was wonderful. We were generously update to a nice suite with a beautiful city view and it was the first time I got offered this during a hotel stay, so it was a very special moment for me. Breakfast was good and the location in the center is perfect

It is a nice hotel in the centre of Madrid. You won't find anything in a better location for tourism. It is a busy area full or bars and restaurants, so keep it in mind if a bit noise in the evenings bothers you. My only complain would be the quality of the mattress. It is a memory foam with more memory than my laptop. Not firm at all. I guess that's personal preference anyway. Overall, I will stay again in this hotel for my next visit.
