Staffs are good. Room cleaning staff Tuhin Tanvir does good job in cleaning and maintenance daily. Other amenities are averagely of. Food and restaurant quality not at par. Repeated food in breakfast and dinner with basic quality and taste. Staff behaviour is all good.

Reg complimentary drinks voucher We are gold members and have booked two rooms - 701 and 706 We came to bar to enjoy the evening - but we told Sorry sir - we don’t have pint beers - cannot serve you beer Cocktails- only mojito and cosmopolitan??? We had stayed for 5 nights at Room 910. House Keeping team was great. Front Office/Reception Staff needs training especially, Ms.Yasmin. Initially I had booked for 4 Nights and had to extend for more night. When I went to the Reception/Front Office for the payment of extra night and needed some modifications as while making booking for extra night, I had made booking for one adult instead of 2, her attitude and behaviour was totally indifferent. She definitely needs training to handle clients. I had been frequently staying with Ibis Chennai in the last few months, never faced any such experience in the past.

The room was a matchbox, with floors that felt sticky. The bathroom had no hand towels and for a two person stay, the bathroom only had one towel. The breakfast spread was good and staff did great to keep it well stocked. The reception could not any colder with no welcoming demeanor. Lastly please go light on perfumes & focus more on cleanliness.
