We stayed during the storms that hit the region so a fair amount of heavy rain. But this did not spoil our stay at this Hotel. The hotel is very clean and room big plenty room and storage we stayed in room 320 good size balcony large bathroom and big shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of cheese hams, breads and also cooked eggs and fruit Great coffee and Juices. Beautifully laid out. The staff here were very professional and friendly and a nice greeting in the morning. The front desk were fantastic with the flooding we had to make a different way to Get to Bologna the two ladies that need a special mention are Martina Laura got us sorted with a taxi and even laundry service and we're so welcoming and professional. We will stay here again and recommend the Hotel.

Pleasant hotel

This hotel is very flashy and we were excited when we saw our beach front room but upon closer inspection, it’s a little beat up. The large bed was not comfortable and the towels and robes were like sand paper. The staff was great and helped us with whatever we needed. Cocktails were inexpensive and available in the bar after 7pm. It was very cold when we were here and there was no heat available in the room due to some government restrictions. I don’t see any AC for summer either. The boardwalk right out side is beautiful but very busy and noisy. Can’t imagine how noisy in summer when you would probably need to have the doors open for ventilation. One day there was no hot water in the building but they fixed it by the next day. TV was very limited. 12 channels with only 2 in English. Great location near restaurants. Try out Sbionta a block down. It was our favorite. The pool is very small and nice but it’s in the front yard right, on the street side instead of having the ocean view. Rimini is great but cold this time of year. I imagine it would be extremely packed and very bustling in high season. On to Florence today….

We are very glad to know that our helpful staff, the central position in front of the beach and our bar services were appreciated! We are sorry to read that you found the room uncomfortable and some problems during the stay; we treasure your words to improve ourselves. Unfortunately, by the new Government decrees, is mandatory to leave the heating on only few hours during the day and at the maximum temperature of 19°C; we do always our best to satisfy requests even if sometimes they are against the decree. The air conditioning is working as well only for few hours during the day from the end of April, when we’ll be able to change the heating/cooling. We apologize again for the lack of hot water had for few hours during the evening, we had issues with the central heating, but in no long time the technician fixed it. In all the rooms there is a Qrcode with all the Hotel Informations, even the International channels; we remember always to contact the reception, open 24h, if something in the room is working wrong. We are really sorry to know that your stay wasn’t as you expected, but we will be glad to welcome you again (maybe in May before the summer season) to spend some relaxing and Sunny days in our beautiful Rimini!
