Dear Mrs. Z., thank you for the time spent reviewing our Mercure Rimini Lungomare. We are sorry that you didn't find your stay comfortable, but the energy savings indicated in the EED Directive, set in the European Climate Law Regulation-EU 2021/1119. It imposes the following dates, if climatic conditions require it, starting from 1 May 2024 the air conditioning can be turned on, but it must be turned off by 1 October 2024 at the latest. Your reservation started from 18 October, so the air con, was turned off. We are sorry. We hope for your understanding, we wish you a nice day. Best regards. Luigi Lima General Manager
