Loads of halal options. I wish they have a dedicated halal counter so things don't get mixed up. Loved the green curry. And that's coming from someone who doesn't like one. Shout out to Patcha, F&B Supervisor for her excellent service! Will come back.

Great Service with professional staff, my trip staying in Thailand is wonderful for having 5 days in Bangkok, staying with Mercury is fantastic, nice pool and nice room. They can offer early check in and car booking which very convenient for us during travel

Best service from Sorn, Non, sure will come here again. Nice location to go anywhere, can get the nice food and shopping around here.check in was fast, the staff are friendly and helpful for everything. They can speak English and helping in everything.

Staff at front desk was welcoming and eager to assist. Housekeeping staff did a good job in keeping room clean and comfy. Small comments on the room 2806 : 1) The bed was like broken on the right edge of the bed with hard points felt on the edge of the bed. I slept more on the left so it did not really bother me so much. But still felt that there is still some safety concern on that. 2) Shower room : Floor was uneven resulting in poor dispersion of water after shower, often leaving a pool of water in the middle which i think was quite unhygienic and unsightly. My appreciation to the meticulous housekeeping staff who came to dry that particular area every day. Think it should be look into and corrected instead of putting manpower resources to manage on a daily basis. Overall the stay was still pleasant and i will return again soon.

Nice and helpful service by Now and Sorn. Staff was attentive to our needs too. Nice environment at the reception counter. Location is great and convenient too. The hotel look clean. They provide great service and is able to answer to our questions and provide us what we need.
