Stay was really good. Rohan was really helpful in arranging the adjacent rooms. Breakfast buffet was really good and very good spread. Definitely the location is a major advantage. Accessible to fort Kochi and water metro.

The front office is were we feel the warmth. The staff have grumpy faces no smile. Entering the room was a great relief same room like other IBIS hotels crisp and clean. Bed sheet we're a bit old. Towels were smelling good. Overall a great experience thanks to the cleaning staff and restaurant staff. Breakfasts needs a better look at the spread and options. Restaurant Staff was courteous and helpful.

The room is very smelly.We lost our neck pillow from the parking area, somebody took inside in our car,and after we reached home they build up some fake story and said that some taxi driver give that to the reception.Security in this hotel is very poor.Even on parking area our vehicle is not safe😕.The front office staffs are not friendly and professional.

The stay was good and since this property is in middle of the city so connectivity to hotel is good. The ambience is nice the rooms are standard and the staff is courteous and helpful starting from check-in to check-out process it was smooth. The only small concern is regarding the food option for Breakfast needs little attention since refilling of empty items takes longer along with orders for live counters which is little mis-managed. The overall experience in the hotel was good.

The location is very close to metro, mall, and restaurants. Breakfast spread was reasonable with a mix of south Indian and continental options. Rooms are relatively smaller but thats okay for the price point. Only issue is that there is a damp smell in the hallways and rooms sometimes.

The stay was good, front office staff could have been more friendly , one step ahead to make customers feel comfortable ( I had been miss guided) my request was not fulfilled/ did not try to solve , no update to us Resturant staff did an excellent job, staff did upselling too without hearing our feelings, was ready to serve us with smiling faces ( staff from Sikkim… forgot their names ) Food is outstanding, especially dinner , I did call the chef 👨‍🍳 & appreciated the team at the restaurant….
