All the staff are very friendly and whenever we l looking they will be smiling. From the front desk I feel always welcomed. Sushmita from front desk is always smiling which feels positive. Amar is always helpful and friendly. Abhirami,Rohan and Saranya were polite too. From restaurant Mohan and his team always give good service very polite and calm. Its feels like home here. Whole IBIS TEAM is great.😄
