This is my second stay at this property. The first visit was good, so I expected the same this time, but it wasn’t. **1. Check‑in process** I got a call the night before asking when I would arrive. I said I’d be there around 12 p.m., even though check‑in is at 2 p.m., and asked if they could accommodate me earlier. They said they’d try. I arrived around 12:30 p.m. and was told to wait for a room. I had also requested a room facing the road. After waiting over an hour, while people who arrived after me were given rooms, I approached the reception and expressed my disappointment. The receptionist apologized, I reminded her of my request, and gave me a room number. It turned out not to be a front‑facing room. If she had simply said the requested room wasn’t available, I would have understood, but being misled and waiting so long made a terrible first impression. **2. Air conditioning** The AC was set to 17 °C but the room never cooled, leaving me sweating under the sheets. **3. Shower** The shower leaked heavily, with water coming from everywhere. Overall, the experience was terrible.
