Absolutely horrible ! Bad beds, small rooms, small toilets, refusal to pack and give breakfast on the go, poor breakfast menu, not adding loyalty points for my stay...all contributed to a bad experience !

It is unfortunate to learn you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest with us at ibis. Please be apprised, ibis is a globally standardized product, and our rooms have been designed after extensive market surveys, ensuring maximum utilization of available space. This allows us to offer rooms to our valued guests at competitive prices when compared to similar hotels in the city. As the booking was part of group booking from travel agent hence it is not an eligible stay for earning points. Your feedback has been duly noted by us, and rest assured it will be taken up with the concerned department and addressed suitably.
