Second time staying at the hotel. I was not able to book a "day use" package on the app, so booked for a night. However, I arrived early morning and informed the team that I actually want to check in at 10am and check out at 2pm. Team was super helpful and super considerate. They understood the requirement and made changes instantly. Love how responsive the FO team was. Can't remember the names, but all-women team, big thanks. Room was clean, got a much needed nap after a long overnight train!

Stay was very good only thing I had a problem was the hike in the room rate when asked for extension , it was 4800 rupees including tax which I find little more considering other nearby 3 star property prices and your amenities Otherwise everything was amazing and will definitely stay again

Ideal place to stay as a Solo traveller/Business trips or with family. Neat and clean rooms with amenities. Even if you forget anything. it is available on one call. Nice spread of Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Entire team of team ibis kochi is very caring, polite and supportive. Best part is Smoking rooms are available on request, if available. A must have need for business trips /Solo travellers.

Typical Ibis standard. You know what to expect. However there is a lack of charging points. For two people on one side of bedside has a charging point. Needs to be fixed. The couch was dirty and full of dust. Pictures attached. Cleaning needs to be improved
