It was first time visit to Kochi. transportation and restaurants availability was good due to location of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming. My check-in staff, Venus was really polite and helped with early access of the room. By mistake, I left one of my items, but the staff intimated me about the item, also couriered me to my location.

The toilet flush wasn't working properly for which we requested assistant at night. But once the same was resolved l, the pipe from which water is supplied to the cammode was leaking lightly, which by morning made the whole dry area and the carpet held there so wet. This felt a bit unhygienic. We didn't request housekeeping as we had to shower and vacate soon.

The rooms were advertised for 3 guests but denied accommodation. We had to book last minute 3rd room. The floor and the rooms had mold everywhere and mold smell.
