Hi- Overall enjoyed the stay. Scope for improvement - Bag delivery from the reception upon check-in. It took more than 10 minutes to get the bags from the lobby. That was after two follow up. The response received was that "Staff is busy". It is better to get the bags shifted as we enter the room. In our case, we were checking in after 10 hours of drive. Thank you Ajit

Our experience at Hotel ibis was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected.Upon arrival, no one assisted us with carrying our luggage to the room. There was also no proper explanation or assistance regarding the operation of the room lights, TV, or AC. The toilet water tank was leaking, which was inconvenient and clearly indicated a lack of proper room inspection before check-in. In addition, the room was extremely congested and uncomfortable. The most concerning issue was regarding the payment. Although the company had already made the payment in advance, the Front Office Executive asked me to make the payment again. I clearly informed him that the payment had already been made by the company, but he insisted that it had not been received, so I proceeded with the payment. After approximately one hour, the same executive contacted me and informed me that the payment had in fact already been received and that they had initiated the refund process. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of basic assistance, room maintenance issues, inadequate communication, and especially the confusion regarding payment made the stay very unpleasant. We expect better service and professionalism from a hotel of the ibis standard and hope these issues will be addressed seriously. I recommend not to go for IBIS Ernakulam

The rooms were smelly. My children got allergic reactions after the stay. Highlighted the issue when we checked in to the room and the house keeping arranged room spray which worsened the issue.

The front office is were we feel the warmth. The staff have grumpy faces no smile. Entering the room was a great relief same room like other IBIS hotels crisp and clean. Bed sheet we're a bit old. Towels were smelling good. Overall a great experience thanks to the cleaning staff and restaurant staff. Breakfasts needs a better look at the spread and options. Restaurant Staff was courteous and helpful.
