Amazing hotel and experience

I would like to say that this has been the best experience of my life so fr. I had a long stay and it felt like staying at home. The F&B Team and Front desk are very understanding and courteous. They listen and resolve promptly and make you feel comforted in every way possible. The cafeteria is warm and bright with amazing buffet options... Gym is fully equipped with amazing pool right outside.Duty Manager Pragati was extremely sweet and very helpful throught my stay. Would highly recommend staying at novotel
