Since I regularly book Accor hotels, I know the standards of this hotel chain. They are good . That said this peculiar hotel we faced two main concerns - washroom was stinking of urinal and they couldn’t fix the exhaust pipe/fan during our stay. Second - the 7 floor walls in the corridor was damp and due for repairs. Seepage and moldy smell was present. Otherwise food is good . Beds were okay , Staff is good . Last thing although I am a silver member, I did not get any discount or point resumption.
