Room service is not up to the mark in a 5 start hotel. It took a long time just to bring a plate and a spoon for my child for having dinner. The team said they were cleaning the kitchen. This is not acceptable.

Excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The check-in was smooth and seamless, making us feel immediately welcome. The pool facility was absolutely nice with beautiful amenities. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant - the food was awesome and truly delicious. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kochi.
