Over the years, the quality of the amenities, specifically the mattresses, has declined to the level of a roadside motel. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay with our family. The entire crew was so helpful and we got upgraded to higher floor rooms. Kudos to top notch hospitality overall. Special mention on a wide spread breakfast buffet which steals all of our attention nicely.

I stayed for 5 nights. My room was clean, housekeeping did a good job every day, front desk greeted me well on arrival and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. However after a couple of days I found the shower was leaking water in to the bathroom area. I reported it to the main desk. Someone came to attend to it but the next day it was leaking again. Another issue on several days was used plates and glasses left outside rooms for hours each day. These were clearly from room service but they were not collected from morning til evening. I rang up to complain one evening and the plates etc were cleared. However the next 3 days the same occurred. I have never seen this in a single hotel I have stayed in, in any country in Europe, Africa, Australia, the US or other Asian countries. I have also stayed in hotels in Delhi, Agra, Mumbai, Jaipur and Goa and have never experienced this. Finally the restaurant staff work extremely hard and always made an effort to greet me on a daily basis. However for the last 3 days of my stay the standard of service seemed to drop. My orders for drinks(tea only) at breakfast took so long I have eaten my Breakfast before it arrived. Also for the last 2 dinners no staff came to ask if I would like naan, rotis or parathas with my meal as had been offered on previous nights. Ordering drinks were always initiated by myself. I was only asked on my first evening if I would to order a drink. The poorer service for my last couple of days really Impacted on what otherwise was a good experience. The food options were very varied and the food prepared to a high standard. I wish I stayed longer to sample more from the menu! I did not need to order from the à la carte dinner menu due to the wide range of buffet options. One last comment is regarding the cake I was presented with at breakfast on my last day. A touching gesture but a shame as I was given it as I was leaving the restaurant. I had eaten my breakfast and was heading back to my room to collect my luggage. I did not have the time or room to eat the cake. Perhaps offering it the evening before would have worked better or otherwise giving it to the customer at the start of breakfast would be a better option.
