The stay was comfortable the staff was courteous and responsive. Most of the facilities were functional. We had a good stay in this property. We did face some uncomfortable situations: 1. As soon as we arrived we noticed the blanket cover had blood/wine stains. We asked the housekeeping to change, they were quick and did a good job in replacing. 2. Later next day morning we came to realize that the bath mat was never washed it was simply rolled after the next guest. 3. The bath drain was clogged and we had to clean it ourselves, as its not very easy to call for help while in shower. 4. While we appreciate the thoughtfulness of reducing the plastic by re-filling glass bottles with drinking water. The spout section, where the lid screws onto the bottle had fungi formed along the threads. 5. The iron provided in the room was not clean (including the steaming compartment). The ironing table was also broken. 5. The front desk offered free 2 pieces of ironing per day while the house keeping staff mentioned that its not given. The reason I'm writing this review specifically citing the issues, is that we have another business meeting in 2 weeks where we are staying at this property for a longer period, so I believe you would have these issues sorted and my next stay will be better.

stayed @813 ...... bathtub was very very small and there was very little space even to take a shower as height was inadequate...
