Our stay here was great. Front desk staff Guru was very helpful for easier checkin and checkout process. Rooms were very neat and clean. The Washroom was hygenic and was maintained neat and fresh. Breakfast was Fantastic. the whole a good stay. 👍

Not so good... looks like the property is not very well managed. Had a bad experience, smell damp . Next morning requested to change the room and hand over the key and on return nothing has been done and next shift receptionist had no clue and had to wait in the lobby until other room is issued. Suit (coat) is missed / forgot in the room and checked out. when enquired, got reply that they didn't find in the rooms.

The rooms were not clean; there were peanuts in the corner, and the bathtub stopper was missing, requiring us to request one. Additionally, the parking situation was poorly managed, as we were left to find a spot on our own. This is not what I expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the day we stayed, because of some maintenance I guess, the pool and the bar next to the pool were closed. The pool and its view were the best part of the stay, but we were not able to enjoy them.
