Had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Spacious room. Perfectly lit. Comfortable clean bed & pillows. Awesome friendly staff. Kudos to them. Fulfilled all my requests. Great spa and pool. Small negatives: Cupboard could've been bigger. No use actually. Shower could've been better. Not really a 5 star standard.

Booked through the accor app, got a 10% discount and a room upgrade. The check in process was smooth and nice by Athira. The rooms were nicely appointed, cosy and the bathroom was very clean. The kids also used the infinity swimming pool, it was clean and the kids loved it. The breakfast options were varied and had a homemade touch to it, my complements to the chef and his team. The kerala chicken curry was very tasty. The servers also took great care . The check out process was fast and smooth, it was a surprise to meet Somali from Nagaland at the the reception. While we had a nice chat she quickly processed our checkout. There is ample parking for cars , i had a self drive rented car and staff guided me to the park and helped me with the luggage. It's a pleasure to stay in Novotel hotel, I would definitely recommend everyone to stay and experience their hospitality.
