Generally unorganised processes. Room facilities were half done. In room dining half done. Had to call multiple times a day to get the basic stuff done. Food was very costly compared to competitors.

Enough towel was not there in the bathroom, called the service, they offered towel but didnt deliver the same. Swimming pool was not allowed. The morning breakfast was a good experience, nice food and staff behaviour was nice.

Room was good..clean except the office chair had some stains on it.. also dental care and shaving kit was not provided like most of the other hotels at same range would do.. the mini fridge kept in the room was useless..we kept a bottle of water for one full night and it only had a little cold to it.. except that everything was good..food was awesome.. awesome stay for a relatively affordable price..

It is good hotel, when we arrived the room was not ready at around 1:30 PM, we have been asked to wait, in 10 to 15 minutes we got our room. AS a platinum member I was upgraded to a Suite, very nice suite conferrable bedding and pillows, we had a good sleep. One of the washbasin drainages was blocked however in general the suite 114 was very good. Upon making booking I was requested for an extra bed with a fee, I was agreed to the price. Upon arrival the extra bed was not placed, I thought they will place it later, but it was not. When we return at around 10 PM I called Guest Service Centre for the extra bed. In 10 minutes, agent arrived with a mattress, placed in the floor, I asked him where is rollaway bed and why you bring a mattress? he just returns back. This time I got little upset and called again to the Guest Service Centre and asked for Manger on Duty. After a few minutes GSC agent called and informed, the roll away bed will come in few minutes, he extended an apology. Then the rollaway bed was placed. Morning B/fast (09:15 AM)- there was a gentle man, seems Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager - he was very busy helping all the guest I feel sad for him and feel shy some time ask him something but there was non paying attention other than him. The team around him, I feel, was very unprofessional, noting was in order. There was a lot of choice on the buffer and food was tasty, but most of the items was run out (may be due to weekend hotel was very busy) Upon check out, I was expecting some will ask me about the stay, but nun, check out was easy it was fast. I was check in and out by FOM. In general, I like the hotel and will stay again if I stay in Kochi I am not complaining, giving you just my feedback, I love Accor.

Room and breakfast was good. The only other thing was terribly unsatisfied is staff behavior. I forgot my Jacket in room 117 where I was staying. The other day I requested to staff members to check with cleaning team for the same. They said will let me know, but none of them responded to me . This is truly unprofessional behavior from 5 star hotel like this. I am not going to book again for my stay.

This is my 3rd time there. The room I got this time was 512. Which was at the end of the corridor on the 5th floor. Room compared to my previous stays with Novotel infopark was bit different, I used to enjoy the rooms I got in my past stays which were 318 n 320. Personal preference. Also, the shower knob was working, yet kinda broken.

Drop in Service Quality

Though the prices have dropped recently due to COVID the service quality has also dropped. I am a regular at Novotel Kochi, a member of the Gym there & an Accor ALL member. I understand that the business model changed a bit due to COVID and some services cannot be the same. However, the drain in. my bathroom had issues and the water from the shower areas was flooding into the rest of the bathroom. I reported this and nobody even cared to fix it. That much service degradation is not expected from a reputed brand like Novotel.
