Good amenities and food. Service can be improved - lot of delays. No soap in toilet and a request for soap wasnt fulfilled on time

It was a wonderful experience at Novotel kochi. The food, hospitality, staff, restaurant manager especially Sushil and Avantika were very nice and welcoming always. We are looking forward to stay again in the coming days as kids enjoyed the food and stay.

Made 3 calls to the reception to connect to in room dining and the executive said they will ask the in room dining personnel to give a call back but no one called. Out of frustration I ordered food via Zomato and physically informed at the reception to give plates and cutlery to the room and made two follow up calls for the same but nothing was provided.
