Generally a good experience. Staff were helpful and accommodation was well located. Did have a concern with parking for guests. It appears that someone backed into my hire car (minor damage) which was concerning.

Hotel was perfectly located for the reason we were in Sydney. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the room large. Food in the restaurant was enjoyable. The only problem we had was that our bin hadn't been emptied when we returned, so I assume that housekeeping didn't clean the room. The fact that we didn't go out until 11A.M may have had something to do with this.

Hotel and staff were great. Only negative was my room had small insects crawling around in the bathroom and on the carpet.
