The hotel was nice but our room had brown ceiling and walls which made it very dark and depressing. I recommend lightening the colors.

I'm Vietnamese stayed with your hotel for twice because I need to take my daughter going around Old Quater. The hotel welcome many foreigners so I felt that Vietnamese not so be warm greeting here I had to take my luggages by myself to my room, and everytime come in the lobby bellman thought I finding restaurants

I am waiting for check in from last 3 hours with small kids .I reached Hotel by 6 AM with my family . Reception did all my checked in formalities and allotted room nos . When asked for room keys , they told me either pay full charge of one day extra otherwise we will give room keys afternoon . I am observing that reception fellow has allowed other guests for early checked in and given room keys who has come after my arrival . I am surprised why hotel is doing so . May be because I refused to pay one day extra charges .

As you have stated, you and your family arrived to the hotel at 06.00hrs. Please be informed that the hotel check-in time is at 14.00hrs. Subject to availability, we can of course be flexible and accommodating. In light of the current holiday season, we are unable to fulfill these requests as much as we would like to. As to my understanding, the team did nevertheless offer you and your family a complimentary 11:00am check-in time which should have illustrated to you and your family our commitment to ensure your stay was well looked after. A 06.00hrs check-in time, however, would result in additional charges to the already applicable charges found in your original reservation. I trust the above further clarifies the matter. Nearly all good. Don’t know why you also needed our physical credit card when we had already prepaid. We didn’t have it and that caused minor problems at check in.

Just stayed for 2 nights as part of our tour of Vietnam. As a T. agent, I had messaged in advance of my arrival. Our room was fine, very dark, no turn down service but clean. I would recommend to my clients for position of hotel.
