Aleh Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

We booked Executive room for one night with late check-out next day. The room was booked for two people, however, we got only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe. The seat in the hallway was damaged and the bed creaked very loudly. The body lotion dispenser was empty. Next day, the pass card stoped working at noon, through we had late check-out till 17:00. Without card we were unable to use elevator or access the room, so we had to ask reception for help. Overall, I can’t imagine how that hotel could have 4 stars.

Staff in general friendly , especially the ladies at the bar in the evenings (even under stress) -> Thanks a lot! Impression breakfast did slightly decrease in quality but still OK (Why cutlery and the low quality napkins not at table , only at buffet? Is there no order-to-make egg options anymore available? ) The room was clean but the bed was worn out (for 2 nights I did not complain) A big Plus is the water dispenser on every floor Overall hotel need to take care on cost/value ratio as there are similar/better options close available
