Before check in we found a cheaper price on another website. It was surprisingly difficult to get the hotel to honour the best price direct for members policy. Kuba at reception was excellent. I am vegetarian and there were no labels on the food at breakfast. The coffee was shockingly bad but Natalia sorted everything for us and was a star. The room was noisy with car traffic all night (5th floor) and the blackout curtains should be replaced. Water carafe and complimentary self service is great idea.

Air conditioning was not working and we had hot night, night costed us close to 900 PLN and for that price it all should be checked. We noticed this quite late.

Overall, I am very happy with the hotel, especially the rooms & location. However, during my last two stays, large groups caused some inconvenience. The elevators were difficult to use, and the breakfast area was overcrowded, leading to long queues and limited seating.

Although we had somewhat complex needs, first scouting and then organizing for additional people joining us in Novotel Lodz Centrum for a local event, the staff were amazing, supporting all our needs. As always, the warm reception and special Accor touch makes this hotel a marvelous location for business or leisure. The breakfast was excellent as well.
