Everything was alright with my stay at the hotel. The only thing that was negative was that the information sheet in the hotel room regarding the opening hours for the gym was incorrect. In the folder it said that the gym was open 24 hours, but in reality it was open between 6am to 11 pm. I'm pretty sure I didn't read wrong.

I find European hotel mattresses to generally be much firmer than I prefer, and I tend to wake up with a stiff/sore back after sleeping on them. This is not unique to Novotel, but an option for a softer mattress would probably be greatly appreciated by many. Additionally, a more comfortable seating option for long-term sitting could be nice. I was there over the weekend and spent several hours of each day being lazy and streaming Netflix. While the couch in the room is perfectly fine for short periods like having a quick dinner or sitting to put shoes on, etc. it's not the most comfortable for longer-term sitting like binge-watching a series. Neither of these are major criticisms, and indeed my overall experience was very good. These are just the two things I can think of to offer feedback about.

All in all good place to overnight in Lodz: all what I need (incl gym) and short distance from the office. Breakfast a bit different on what I am used i.e. missing real brown bread and toppings on bread are different. I was promised to send a receipt of stay (room cost) over the email but it has not yet arrived.

Clean, comfortable, and well designed rooms. Tasty and healthy breackfast with a lot of choices. Nice people around, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Definatly Novotel quality. Very good localisation, close to the city center. Totally recomend!

I stay regularly in Novotel Lodz, but it seems to get more busy, which is making the stay less relaxed. Breakfast is very busy and somehow the set up of buffet and seating area is not efficient. In the evening a large group of students arrived, causing lots of noise and waiting time at the elevators and also during the night.

Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I love my stay here and will definitely go back here. Just a suggestion, please have the Smart TV fix and connected to wi-fi. This will gave more experience as we can connect to Netflx, Youtube, etc. If cannot be fixed, please have a VGA/HDMI connector in case the person has laptop. Other than that, overall stay was superb and will definitely go back here next year

My reservation that was confirmed via e- mail was not properly reflected in the hotel system, so I was confronted with the lack of the room at my arrival. The room was finally provided, but such situations should not happen.

only one remark regarding my last stay - please focus on dust in baseboard area. It seams that vacuum cleaner was not used for a long time... Everything else was really ok :)

Room should be vacuumed every day and aircondition cleaned regularly. Now dust was everywhere and eyes like tomatoes in the morning and allergy reaction was heavy. Also bathroom sink didn't work at all. Products were out on breakfast too. Real orange juice must be available in 4 star hotel too. So average 3 star stay.
