We are a family of 5, and the o line booking system allowed us to book two d’où le rooms with no extra bed for the the youngest child of 6 years old. We didn’t even get an extra pillow for the kid who slept together with us, the parents. We booked two rooms, and got them on the 1st and 4th floors. The reception staff refused to look for the rooms closer to each other stating the hotel was full. However when having discovered there was no extra bed for a child, we were offered an extra room. Windows in the room look into the interior hall of the lobby, and in the morning we woke up at 6am because of the cooked eggs smell going up from the lobby where breakfast was served starting from 6.30am. Th hotel lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated. Bed mattress cover is probably rubber, the type you usually have in hospitals not in hotels. The location of the hotel was good.

I was just not happy about the room because I asked specifically for the room with the front view and I was told that they were closed for this period instead I received the one with back view. Only after few days of staying, I started seeing others receiving those rooms. It was inconsiderate of the person at the reception especially when rooms where available of the same standard. I asked for front view specifically because of my mental health. The breakfast was standard though for 2 weeks it was the same breakfast everyday. The hotel personnel, especially the cleaning ladies where very kind when I meet them. Always smiling and asking how was your day.

Breakfast is too poor and there is little choice. As for the service at the reception, in the restaurant it is very good.
